He is a combat decorated soldier whose awards include the Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, and the Purple Heart. After retiring from the Army in 2011, he was a Partner at McChrystal Group and subsequently the CEO for ACADEMI and Constellis Group. He is currently the CEO of Nixon Six Solutions and supports a number of veteran focused non-profit organizations including Team Red White and Blue.

Steve Luczo has served as Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology PLC since 2002. Luczo joined Seagate Technology in 1993 as SVP of Corporate Development, later promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer and then CEO. Prior to joining Seagate Technology, Luczo was Senior MD of the Global Technology Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Luczo currently serves on the board of directors of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, AT&T, Inc. and Morgan Stanley as well as several other private and non-profit companies.
